More about the denim trousers…
The trousers with an elastic waistband is an all-time-favourite, here in a denim version. The trousers have two attached pockets at the back and two small pockets on the front. They have a wide elastic at the waist, so they are therefore really comfortable to wear. The trousers have a really nice and cozy look. Wear the trousers under your favorite McVERDI dress, to get a nice layer-on-layer look. The trousers are also incredibly cute, to use with a loose blouse or shirt. The beautiful denim blue color, is easy to style with all other colors. You can style these trousers under the denim shirt dress, to get a cool denim look.
Material
The trousers are made from fabric that is composed of 63% hemp and 37% ecological cotton. Hemp is a great material for clothes and it has actually been used for clothes making for many years ago – before cotton and silk were used. Hemp has come to stay. It wrinkles less than cotton and hemp is extremely durable. So because of the mix of materials in the fabric, these trousers have advantages such as less wrinkles, longer durability and the material will not appear worn after time. Futhermore, for this fabric quality, we have used a “garment washed” method, which means that the fabric has been washed severeal times before production and it contributes to the look of the trousers by adding some edge. For this denim blue material we have used a orange/brown thread, which really brings a cool detail to the trousers. Handwash your trousers or use a washbin program for your machine. Wash the trousers seperately or with similar colours and avoid light contact surfaces in the beginning. You can iron your trousers at low heat. The denim trousers are designed in Denmark, the fabric is from China and they are sewn at a family owned factory in Bulgaria with whom we have been working with for many years.
Fitting
The trousers are based on the Jane fit and have a full length of 93 cm in size MEDIUM.

The Jane-trouser fit is a classic in the collections of McVERDI. It has been a part of the “trouser-family” for ages and keeps on being a favourite bestseller! Through the years it has been seen in many kinds of fabric – but most “famous” must be the linen version!
Below you will find the base measurement of the Jane trousers, but the feeling and design of the trousers will vary from style to style and from fabric to fabric. There can be more width, details will be different and so on.. but the base is the same 🙂
