Will you get my size back?
The answer is both YES and NO. The size you want may come back in stock if another customer returns the size or if we produced a new stock in that style. We do our best to have a stock of all sizes but doing a season we will be sold out in different sizes and sold out of specific styles – this cannot be avoided. We would like to find alternative styles, sizes and colours. You can always count on us.

How do I find my size?
Here at McVERDI, we have something for all women from size XS-3XL – we embrace all kinds of women and body shapes. We work with five different silhouettes, depending on how tight or oversize clothes should be. On most of our products,, we have described the fit and the silhouette of the product itself. Furthermore, our products are also have written the measurements, so it is easier for you to find the right size.

What does BU, BA, PI, OW etc. mean?
These are colour codes last in the product description, which are added to the products when they are created in our webshop system. There is no other difference between two styles than the colour when the only variation is the last two letters in the style code.
Can I find sale items in your stores (DK)?
Outside of our sales periods (January and July), items on sale from previous seasons are usually found only on the webshop. Of course, it may happen that we have something hanging in our stores – but always call ahead and inquire, so you are sure not to walk/drive in vain. If there is a very specific style you want to try, we can usually bring the products home to our store in Aalsgaarde (Tel: +45 25444540), if you have called a few days before your visit.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Why am I not able to complete the transaction?

If you experience that you can’t complete your transaction on our webshop we recommend that you try to exchange your browser, for example from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome or Firefox.

In 2019, legislation on 3D Secure, a common name for the new security standards: Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, developed by Visa and MasterCard, came into force. This means that there is an extra security step to the payment process. This is done by receiving a one-time SMS code, which must be entered immediately after you enter your card information. I am not sure that my order has been registered?
When we receive an order in the webshop we print it, pack it and we often send the package the same day as we receive the order. You receive an invoice and a tracking link and then you know that your package has been sent.
If we have to order your items from one of our shops you will receive a mail to inform you about this. If you haven’t received any mail it is possible that your order has been cancelled. You have to complete the transaction as soon as you can and move to the payment procedure. Otherwise, the order will automatically be cancelled and will therefore not be registered as received and will not be packed. If you are uncertain whether your order has been registered we are happy to help you at the webshop by mail or by phone.
If I have an item in my shopping cart am I certain that it is mine?
The item that you have placed in your shopping cart will first be reserved and pulled out of the stock when you have completed the transaction. This means that if you have placed an item in the shopping cart and then log out of the browser to return a couple of hours/days later to purchase the item, it can have been sold in the meantime and will therefore not exist in our stock or on our webshop.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURN
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be packed and shipped the same workday as we receive it. Our packages are picked up during the early afternoon, so if you have placed the order before 2.30 pm. we will do our best to have your order sent the same day.
Sometimes we have to get your order or part of your order from one of our physical stores which means that a pair of extra days will pass before we can ship your order. Through email, we will sent this information to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Of course! We ship worldwide. We use different shipping companies like PostNord, DAO, GLS and UPS. Countries with customs restrictions can experience a delayed delivery

Why haven’t I received my package yet?
The most frequent reason why a package hasn’t been received is actually due to misinformation at the post office. The package is often ready for pickup at the post office but there hasn’t been sent a message, which is why misunderstandings can happen.
If the package has been ordered as s home delivery, but nobody has been home to receive the package, the package will be delivered to the post office, where it has to be picked up. You receive a message if this happens.
If you have a residence in a country under duties and taxes restrictions, there can also be an unexpected delay due to conduction of spot checks.
We are happy to help you at the webshop with localising your package so you can receive it and your new McVERDI clothes can be put to use.
The size doesen’t fit – can I exhanfe my ordrer for another size?
Yes of course! We will always change to a different size if the item is in stock. If you write an email to [email protected] with the new size and the desired item. We will figure it out together.
An alternative is to place a new order on our webshop on the new size – then it will be pulled out of the stock immediately and will be sent to you and then we will credit your returned item. In this way, you will receive the new size faster because we don’t have to wait for the item you are returning before we ship the new size to you.
PAYMENT AND CREDITING
When is the money wired from my card?
When you place an order on our webshop the money isn’t wired immediately, but first when the order is packed and invoiced.
If the payment is done with a MasterCard, the amount of money is reserved on the given account immediately. This amount is then wired when the order is packed and is invoiced. This means that the amount is not wired immediately when you register your card during the payment.
Why haven’t I received my money, when I have sent a return package to you?
When we receive an item in the webshop which has been returned, we credit the sum immediately and the money is released from McVERDI.
Although the money is no longer at McVERDI, there can be a delay between a couple of days to 30 days, before the money gets transferred into the bank account, where the money was originally wired from.
The time span between release and transfer vary according to which card has been used and what bank the card is linked to. When you use a Mastercard or a Visa card there can be a delay of 30 days before the money gets transferred.
RECLAMATION
I have a reclamation – what do I do?
We check all items that are sent out from the webshop, but if you receive an item with a flaw we are of course very sorry and would like to hear from you regarding your reclamation on [email protected] or on phone +4522784540.
What is my right regarding a reclamation-complaint?
When you shop at mcverdi.dk you have, of course, 2 years warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or another injurious behaviour.
