A little more info about the dress…
You never choose wrongly with our beautiful pleated dresses. It has a great silhouette that has been improved over the seasons and to many types of women – both plus size and petite. Over the years the dress has gained the title “the favorite dress” and “the clothing crisis savior”. This is a dress model that many people swear by. In all its simplicity and with a well fitting 3/4 sleeve. The dress is fitted around the chest and from here it has a more loose and relaxed silhouette with a broad border at the bottom. In this denim edition the dress has 3 sewn on pockets on the front which gives it a cool “worker-look”. The dress can be used all year round and is easy to style with jeans under or a pair of stockings. This denim quality beautifully combines the femine and the cool look in this dress with pleats.
The fabric
The dress is made from fabric that is composed of 63% hemp and 37% ecological cotton. Hemp is a great material for clothes and it has actually been used for clothes making for many years ago – before cotton and silk were used. Hemp has come to stay. It wrinkles less than cotton and hemp is extremely durable. So because of the mix of materials in the fabric, this dress has advantages such as less wrinkles, longer durability and the material will not appear worn after time. Futhermore, for this fabric quality, we have used a “garment washed” method, which means that the fabric has been washed severeal times before production and it contributes to the look of the dress by adding some edge. For this denim blue material we have used a orange/brown thread, which really brings a cool detail to the dress. Handwash your dress or use a washbin program for your machine. Wash the dress seperately or with similar colours and avoid light contact surfaces in the beginning. You can iron your dress at low heat and let the dress dry on a hanger. The denim dress is designed in Denmark, the fabric is from China and it is sewn at a family owned factory in Bulgaria with whom we have been working with for many years.
The silhouette and fit
The denim dress has a FITTED silhouette and a full elngth of 110 cm in a size medium. The dress is fitted at the chest and gets looser in an A-silhouette.
