More about the cool trousers …
A pair of really cool linen trousers with big black/white checks. I actually think that they speak for themselves. They have wide legs and they are designed after the McVERDI high-waist silhouette (Bettina) which is popular among many. There has been added a pleat in the front, and the wide legs almost give a feeling of a long linen skirt. They are perfect for the Riviera, a walk in the sun or a walk in the urbane summer. Flat sandals, sunglasses and a white shirt. The result is exclusive and crisp.
More about linen as a material
The linen trousers are sewn in 100% linen. The quality is the perfect linen-quality. In other words, does it have the right structure, weave and hardness ( in a good way) as we like it the most. Thereto there are the woven checks, that creates together with the linen thread the Japanese inspired look that we dreamed of. This quality is produced to us by our Italian supplier and woven in Italy and sewn in Bulgaria. Linen is nice to wear in the summertime. It feels tempering so it is really nice to wear on the hot days. We recommend that you wash it at a delicate/hand wash program in the machine, max. 30 C. Linen wrinkles, it’s part of the look, but due to the structure of the material is it not a quality that is suitable for ironing (it can be ironed). We recommend to let it dry on a hanger.
Fitting
The linen trousers are based on the Bettina-fitting. They have a small pleat at the waistband and therefore, they have a bit more width. The full length of the linen trousers is 95 cm in the size MEDIUM.
