A little more info about the beautiful trousers …
These trousers are made in a multi coloured combination of grey, pink, green, blue and brown which work very well together to create a cozy autumn atmosphere. The checkered trousers have sewn on back pockets as well as “jeans” front pockets, which means that the front pockets are located inside the side seams. There is a hidden zipper in the front and the form cut waistband is closed with a button . The McVERDI trousers have straight legs.
The fabric
A trip to Japan and a little piece of vintage fabric in the suitcase on the way home. This was how the developing design process of this fabric started. We had only purchased a small piece at a flea market in Tokyo, but we loved the structure and how the printed yarn resulted in an uneven multicoloured effect. From this little piece of fabric, Massimo (our Italian fabric designer) printed yarns and developed a series of colourcombinations that made it dificult to choose from. For this years’ winter collection we ended up choosing a combination of grey nueances weaved with red and green. The fabric is composed of 97% cotton and 3% polyester. The fabric is from Italy and the the trousers themselves are sewn in Europa in a family owned factory in Bulgaria. Handwash the trousers or wash them on a washbin program. Let the trousers dry on a hanger afterwards, then it doesn’t wrinkle as much.

These beautiful trousers have our CHRISTINA fit and they have a full length of 100 cm in a size medium.
The Christina trouser fit
The Christina trouser has a shaped waistline and a very nice fit. The trouser is quite narrow around the hip and the most “fitted” trouser in the McVERDI selection. Be aware that length, details, pockets and leg width varies from style to style. Likewise the trouser can feel different in different fabrics. Below you can find the base measurements.
