More about the blouse …
This checked linen quality was born to be a loose tunic blouse with a cut, small pleats and big pockets in the front. The result is this sweet and femenin McVERDI blouse and it is absolutely adorable over a little skirt or a pair of trousers. It has a genuine “McVERDI”-shape – maybe it’s because this is the kind of blouse that our designer, Lotte Honoré, always are wearing. If you style it with white jeans (take a look at our canvas cotton program with the coolest white pants) or a short skirt you got our Boss’s favourite outfit. It really works well. It’s feminine, comfortable to wear and it has this Japanise look. Try it 🙂
Materialet
The blouse is sewn in 100% linen. We think that this quality is the perfect linen-quality. In other words, it has the right structure and is woven with exactly the right density to become our favourite. furthermore, the woven checks create together with the linen thread the Japanese inspired look that we dreamed of. This quality is produced to us by our Italian supplier and woven in Italy and sewn in Bulgaria. Linen is nice to wear in the summertime. It feels tempering so it is really nice to wear on a hot day. We recommend that you wash it at a delicate/hand wash program in the machine, max. 30 C. Linen wrinkles, it’s part of the look, but due to the structure of the material is it not a quality that is suitable for ironing (it can be ironed). We recommend to let it dry on a hanger.
The fitting
The tunic blouse has a Fitted loose silhouette but is not oversized. the tunic blouse is designed to hang loose on the body. This tunic blouse has a full length of 80 cm in the size MEDIUM.
