McVERDI is a Danish design, produced in Europe. We ship all our packages from Denmark. We ship worldwide!
This means that our dear customers outside the EU pay customs and duties/taxes to their own country.

At McVERDI we try to perform the very best service. We, therefore, ship packages on all weekdays and have a target of a delivery time of 2-4 days after receipt of the order. Sometimes there may be longer delivery time if the styles are to be ordered from our other stores. Likewise, longer delivery time is required during sales. Hope for your understanding. We share stock with our three physical stores because we want our McVERDI styles to be available to everyone around the world. Unfortunately, this also means that there may be errors in stock that can happen by cross-selling. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
You are always welcome to contact us if you want a style that is sold out. Maybe we can get it or inform a store who may have it in stock. Write to us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We, of course, hope you are really satisfied, with your order. Should you, however, wish to return something, this is, of course, possible – also if you bought it on sale. You have 14 days to inform us you wish to return, and 14 days to return the order.

When shopping at mcverdi.dk you have a 2-year warranty. This means you can either get your goods fixed, mended, switched, money back or get a decor, depending on the situation.
The warranty have to be justified, and the fault must not occur due to wrong use or other damaging behaviours.
