A great denim skirt. The McVERDI skirt has two big sewn on pockets in the front and a great length to be worn on top of a pair of woollen stocking. The denim skirt is quite simple and it is therefore also great to style with the denim jacket in the same program. The skirt is zipped in the back and it is closed with a small press button. This denim skirt is great for the autumn and winter and since this fabric quality is really durable it can therefore be used year after year without problems, acutally the skirt only gets more beautifull with time and wear.
The fabric
The skirt is made from fabric that is composed of 63% hemp and 37% ecological cotton. Hemp is a great material for clothes and it has actually been used for clothes making for many years ago – before cotton and silk were used. Hemp has come to stay. It wrinkles less than cotton and hemp is extremely durable. So because of the mix of materials in the fabric, this skirt has advantages such as less wrinkles, longer durability and the material will not appear worn after time. Futhermore, for this fabric quality, we have used a “garment washed” method, which means that the fabric has been washed severeal times before production and it contributes to the look of the skirt by adding some edge. For this denim blue material we have used a orange/brown thread, which really brings a cool detail to the skirt. Handwash your skirt or use a washbin program for your machine. Wash the skirt seperately or with similar colours and avoid light contact surfaces in the beginning. You can iron your skirt at low heat and let the dress dry on a hanger. The denim skirt is designed in Denmark, the fabric is from China and it is sewn at a family owned factory in Bulgaria with whom we have been working with for many years.

The denim skirt has a LOTTE silhouette and a full length of 60 cm in a size medium.
The Lotte skirt
McVERDIs Lotte skirt is our classic, basic skirt fit and a good basic skirt to have in the wardrobe. It has a well-fitting shape, which has been adjusted through many seasons. It is typically a little shorter when in winter versions while it has a little more length for summer and bare legs. But it varies from style to style and the fit can be used for longer skirts as well.
