The rain coats and jackets are our absolute core product and have been in our collection since the company was established in 1987. We never get tired of this wonderful coat. It is the most suitable coats for Scandinavian / North European weather because the coats are both windproof, very water-resistant and lined with a woollen lining, which is warm and nice. The jacket is very water-resistant, but doesn’t have 100% waterproof details – so the jacket is a very nice water-resistant spring coat, but not an alternative to 100% practical, sporty rain-rain jacket. Despite that, you get a smart and timeless good looking coat which can be used in good weather as well.
The raincoats have a long season, last for many years and have a timeless classic design and look. A jacket like this will soon become an important part of your wardrobe. It is the perfect option for rainy days. It works almost like a raincoat but it still looks good. The quality is mainly cotton and breathable.
This particular jacket is a classic in the collection of the McVERDI raincoats. The jacket has a nice fit, a usable hood lined with wool, press buttons and a tunnel with an adjustable elastic.
The jacket has an inner zipper and inner pocket. It has become an even better jacket.
This jacket could be your new best friend whether you choose to go with this grey jacket version or go for the classic black version.
The jacket has an outer fabric consisting of 65% cotton and 35% polyurethane, that gives the rubber-a-like-surface. The rubber surface makes the outer fabric windproof and water-resistant while the cotton makes it breathable. The jacket has a lining of 80% wool and 20% polyamide.
The jacket is extremely easy to maintain. Just remove stains with damp cloth and air once in a while. The jacket can NOT be drycleaned and not be washed. The coats have limited ability to be washed BUT it has never been a problem in the almost 30 years we have been producing the coats.
The outer fabric used for this jacket is produced in Italy by the same supplier for 30 years. The woollen lining is produced in Italy as well, while the jacket is sewn in Bulgaria.
Production country: Bulgaria.
The jacket has a LOOSE fit. In size medium, the jacket has a chest width of 128 cm of which 26-30 cm is meant for a room for movement. In a medium, it has a full length of 82 cm.
