A little more info about the dress…
There is nothing better than to dress for the seasons and to be inspired by the colours and nuances. The autumn calls for darker colours such as this deep dark blue denim quality. Tis September20 denim dress is really pretty and fits perfectly into the winter wardrobe. The denim dress has a short sleeve and can be styled with a cardigan over or a shirt blouse underneath. Style the dress with a pair of thich woollen stocking and you are ready for the autumn! The dress is closed in the back with a zipper.
The fabric
The dress is made from fabric that is composed of 63% hemp and 37% ecological cotton. Hemp is a great material for clothes and it has actually been used for clothes making for many years ago – before cotton and silk were used. Hemp has come to stay. It wrinkles less than cotton and hemp is extremely durable. So because of the mix of materials in the fabric, this dress has advantages such as less wrinkles, longer durability and the material will not appear worn after time. Futhermore, for this fabric quality, we have used a “garment washed” method, which means that the fabric has been washed severeal times before production and it contributes to the look of the dress by adding some edge. For this denim blue material we have used a orange/brown thread, which really brings a cool detail to the dress. Handwash your coat or use a washbin program for your machine. Wash the dress seperately or with similar colours and avoid light contact surfaces in the beginning. You can iron your dress at low heat and let the dress dry on a hanger. The denim dress is designed in Denmark, the fabric is from China and it is sewn at a family owned factory in Bulgaria with whom we have been working with for many years.
The silhouette and fit
September20 is the more petite subbrand of McVERDI. You should therefore be aware that the sizes deviate quite a lot from the McVERDI sizes and that the fit is different. September20 is often waisted and you shoud therefore both use your breast width and your waist width when finding your size.
This dress is FITTED: Dresses that are fitted around the torse and often has an hourglass silhouette. The dresses are meant to fit tighly and there have only bem added a few centimeters of movement gauge. The measurements below are therefore very much alike the measurements of the dress or the skirt.
