As mentioned, I am part of the McVERDI Classic and go by the name “Ruffle dress”. You may know me – maybe you are already one of my fans? If not, then I can just tell a little about myself; I’m a pretty amazing dress made of lots of fabric. Often , those who try me are surprised how nice it feels with all the fabric around them. Often women who do not usually wear dress like me as well. There is something about the way I fit around the body, my length and the overall feeling that appeals to many. I am very honored. I love to be the favorite go-to dress in the wardrobe and I am suitable for both being dressed up and an everyday dress. In this version I am very summerly – and you also get extra flower power, but without it getting too much, I think. My print is created by flower and textile artist Charlotte van Hauen. She works on using flowers in print and she has created this graphic summer print directly from the actual flower. The result is a very fine and useful print that dresses my linen quality well. I have short sleeves and a simple, flattering round neckline. I have pockets – and it’s one of my most important features! I think I’m a really good bet for your next summer dress! At least I would like to be a part of your summer and feel the sun ..
The fabric
The dress is sewn in a light and comfortable linen quality with printed floral patchecks. The quality consists of 100% linen, which is really nice to wear in the summer. Linen tends to curl – you have to learn to love it, but the flower print and the ease of the fabric really makes the curls not seem like an issue with this fine top. Wash it gently in the machine on (cold) handwash program. Let it dry on a hanger. Danish designed print by Charlotte van Hauen (@farvesansen). The fabric is printed and produced in Turkey while the dress is sewn in Bulgaria.
The silhouette and fit
The dress has a fitted loose silhouette. The dress is part of our Classic selection, where it is named Ruffle dress. In size medium, the dress has a full length of 120 cm.
