This year’s shirt dress in linen is just really adorable! It has the finest row of buttons, down the front, which adds a fine, feminine detail to the dress. The collar is also really flattering and sweet and the long sleeve can be allowed to be long, or bended a few times for a more summerly expression. In the front the dress has two large pockets. The dress is multifunctional and can be used open as a jacket or closed as a dress. If it is open it can really help give an elegant touch to an outfit.
The fabric
The shirt dress is sewn in a really nice McVERDI 100% linen! We love linen because it has a delicious structure and because colors always become extra beautiful in linen. You need to take care of your linen – do not wash too hot or too often. Wash at preferably cold temperatures and on the gentle program. linen is a super quality to wear in the summer. On the other hand, it cannot be avoided that linen curls – you have to learn to love that. You can easily iron the linen dress, but we really recommend that you let your dress dry on a hanger instead. This linen quality is produced in the Lithuania while the dress is sewn in Bulgaria.
The silhouette and fit
This shirt dress has a fitted loose silhouette and fit loosely to around the chest. The dress is built over the classic silhouette “the Karina dress”. It has a full length of 115 cm in size medium.
