This cute small blouse is actually quite simple and timeless in its cut. It is a classic good McVERDI blouse that has a nice and feminine silhouette. It fits easily around the bust, the blouse has a little extra width in the back. In front, the blouse has a panel with small´ buttons and a nice, simple round neck. The cuffs at the 3/4 long sleeves give a sharp look. What really gives the blouse character is the beautiful checkered material that is inspired by everything from the country kitchen to the lumberjack checkered shirt. The look is almost folkloric and yet updated with the rather clear colors that are mixed in the checks. It makes the quality incredibly easy to combine with every possible color you may have in your existing wardrobe. The quality is primarily linen, but the small percentage of wool that is in it gives it a wintery touch. The blouse can be styled in all possible wayss; from the fine button-boot vibe to the cool cowboy western. Style with white for a romantic look, or go in the completely different direction with a big leather belt and a hat maybe? Or give the blouse a completely updated look over a pair of jeans. The possibilities are many.
The fabric
The blouse is sewn in a cool piece of fabric consisting of 53% linen, 19% polyester, 17% polyacrylic, 10% wool and 2% alternative fibers ( recycled fibers). So it is a kind of “winter linen” and the material has a pretty nice linen touch, at the same time as it is made suitable for winter with a bit of wool in. The material is developed and produced by our Italian supplier, while the blouse is sewn in Bulgaria.
The silhouette and fit
The blouse has a FITTED LOOSE silhouette with width from the chest and down. There are extra wrinkles at the back, which gives the blouse width. The blouse has a full length on 65 cm in size MEDIUM.
