A little more info about the dress …
We call this dress silhouette the “PIPPI” dress. There is something extremely sweet and silly about this feminine A-line dress that just makes you happy-in-the-lid. Despite the silly look, the dress suits many body types and women – and it has become a real McVERDI favorite dress. The flat piece at the front means that the width of the dress is distributed in the right places and that it sits nicely over the brust. Here, the dress is a nice blue color, that gets a beautiful structure in corduroy quality and which easily blends in with darker blue colors. The dress has a dressy boat neckline and medium-length sleeves with a small slit detail. The velvet dress is cute can have a shirt with a sharp collar underneath or used for a more cozy look with a large knit over. The dress’s pockets are located in the cut and one of the dress’s fine details. A really nice winter dress.
The fabric
The blue dress is sewn in an extremely soft corduroy material – 100% cotton. The fabric is very light with an elegant touch. The structure of the material is perfect for winter, while the lightness of material means you can use inside as well. The fabric is produced in Italy, while the dress is sewn at a small family-owned factory in Bulgaria. The dress should be washed carefully on a hand-wash-program and hang to dry on a hanger. Ironing is possible but not necessary
The silhouette and fit
The blue dress has a LOOSE silhouette and an A-line cut with some width. It does not seems big over chest, but it has a nice fitting. The width is mostly in the back and from the chest and down. The fitting has made it popular in all sizes and for many different body types. In size Medium, the dress has a full length of 100 cm
