A wonderful cotton quality. A pretty print in lovely summer colors. And the all time favourite summer trousers with elastic. The result is a brilliant pair of trousers for the summer wardrobe! The trousers is a McVERDI classic and has been in the collection for several seasons. The cropped look and the little slit detail at the leg bottom makes the trousers perfect to use under dresses and tunics. The have an elastic waist at two piped pockets.
The fabric
The trousers are sewn in a very delicate 100% cotton from Liberty London. The quality (also called Tana Lawn) is developed through many years and the result is a very special almost silk like surface on the cotton. The fabric is very long lasting. Liberty is world famous for their wonderful prints drawn by hand and with a special attention to detailing. House of Loberty has more than 50.000 unique prints in their archive where you will find everything from flower prints, graphic prints, Art Noveau, abstract and many more. All prints have the same in common: detailing and a very well composed colour combinations. The most famous Liberty prints are the flower prints, which we often use in our collections. Today all Liberty fabrics are printed at their factory in Northern Italy. The trousers are sewn in Bulgaria.

The trousers has a JANE silhouette and a full length of 90 cm in size medium.

The Jane-trouser fit is a classic in the collections of McVERDI. It has been a part of the “trouser-family” for ages and keeps on being a favourite bestseller! Through the years it has been seen in many kinds of fabric – but most “famous” must be the linen version!
Below you will find the base measurement of the Jane trousers, but the feeling and design of the trousers will vary from style to style and from fabric to fabric. There can be more width, details will be different and so on.. but the base is the same 🙂
