A little more info about the dress…
We have included our popular ruffle dress in our collections for many seasons now. The ruffle dress has been made in many different colours and prints, so off course we also wanted to make a McVERDI ruffle dress in country-style checks. The ruffle dress has long sleeves and a round neck. And of course the ruffle dress has pockets! This kind of freedom is a musthave in McVERDI dresses. Most people know the ruffles and and the silhouette, but the country style checks and the material brings some drama to the dress and creates a very delicate look. This dress is a great options for this years christmas party and it can just as easily be used with a pair of long warm socks on a rainy afternoon at home. A ruffle dress can be used for both everyday use and for special occasions.
The fabric
This checkered dress is what the dreams of weavers are made of! The pretty checks contributes with lots of beautiful nuances and the fabric is light and crispy. The fabric is woven from 75% viscose and 25% wool – a combination that has an amazing feel on the skin. The checkered dress should be hand washed at 30 degrees celcius or washed on a washbasin program if you know your machine well. A soap for wool should be used for the washing and after centrifugation the dress can airdry on a hanger so that it is ready for new adventures.
The silhouette and fit
The ruffle dress has a FITTED LOOSE silhouette and fits acorss the chest from where it becomes looser. There are plenty of rufles and plenty of fabric – a drreamy dress! The dress is loose around the body and sways around. This ruffle dress has a full length of 120 cm in a size medium.
