A little more info about the lovely dress…
This dark orange corduroy dress has a pretty and flattering V-neck with a pleat in the front. The loose silhouette of the dress makes it relaxed and very comfortable to wear. The soft corduroy falls beautifully around the body and does not appear stiff or thick. The dress has a short chimono sleeve that fall flatteringly over the shoulders. An example of styling could be to wear a long sleeved tight blouse under the dress – for example a long sleeved wool blouse from Gai+Lisva. Alternatively the dress could be styled with a shirt with more volumnious sleeves and a collar which would also be a great look. Combined with a pair of thick woolen stockings this dress is ready to meet the winter in fashion.
The fabric
This dress is sewn in a soft, light and very “complaisant” corduroy made from 100% cotton.The fabric is complaisant since it is soft and falls nicely as opposed to many other corduroy fabrics, which can feel quite rigid and thick. This corduroy is super comfortable to wear. Corduroy should be handled gently and shouldn’t be washed too hard. The dress can be washed in a washing mashine on a washbin programe, but we do not recommend to do it too often. An option is to wash the dress inside out. Let the corduroy dress dry and iron if it is necessary. The corduroy fabric is made in Italy and the dress is sewn in a family owned bussiness in Bulgary with whom we have been colaborating with for many years.
