A little more info about the orange trousers …
These linen trousers have a wide elastic in the waist, which makes them very comfortable to wear and gives them a flattering fit. The trousers have side pockets. These trousers are a wellknown McVERDI classic that we have in all our summer collections. Here they are sewn in a delicious orange colour named “Solero”. The trousers are very delicate when styled with a crispy Yacco Marricard shirt and they also look beautiful when used for a more layered look underneath either a dress or a tunic.
The fabric
The orange loose trousers are sewn in 100% linen that is woven in Italy. In contrast to cotton, linen looses its strength when wet and therefore the trousers should be gently washed at 30 degrees with a gentle detergent. Linen is a natural product and is both breathable and has a nice shine. The trousers are sewn at a family owned factory in Bulgaria that we have worked with for many years.
The silhouette and fit
These trousers are based on the McVERDI Jane Silhouette and they are meant to fit just below the waist. The trousers have a full length of 90 cm in a size MEDIUM.
The Jane trouser fit
The Jane-trouser fit is a classic in the collections of McVERDI. It has been a part of the “trouser-family” for ages and keeps on being a favourite bestseller! Through the years it has been seen in many kinds of fabric – but most “famous” must be the linen version!
Below you will find the base measurement of the Jane trousers, but the feeling and design of the trousers will vary from style to style and from fabric to fabric. There can be more width, details will be different and so on.. but the base is the same 🙂
Due to the elastic waistband, the waist width is flexible.
