A little more info about the tunic…
We truly feel that this lovely off-white feathery and crispy material was begging to be made into a shirt like this. The material is perfect for gathering and falls very wonderfully around the body. Moreover, the shirt is very elegant and you feel very exclusive when wearing it. The shirt can be closed in the front with its small cream colored, enameled buttons and then it of course also has pockets on each side.
The fabric
The material for this shirt is crispy and soft and has an incredibly appealing surface. The fabric is a mix of 45% elastomultiester, 39% cotton and 16% linen, which gives it a unique look and makes it a REALLY lovely piece of fabric, perfect for loose blouses and gathering.
We normally don’t work a lot with polyester-based material but in this case, we had to make a compromise. This piece of fabric was super inspiring and very suitable for creating the exact shirts and blouses we had in mind. Therefore, don’t judge it on the composition – we love it and we are sure you will too!
The material for the shirt has been produced in Italy, but the shirt has been sown in Bulgaria.
The silhouette and fit
The shirt is gathered a lot, and is sown in a light material and has puffed sleeves. Because of this, it is very hard to explain its real silhouette. We recommend that you choose your normal size in order to get the right look. In a size medium, the shirt has a full length of 100 cm.
