Shirt dress with golden stripes. A lovely and multifunctional dress. The shirt dress with stripes has a length that makes it fit as both a long shirt jacket, a tunic over a pair of trousers or as a dress. The shirt dress has pretty striped details, with vertical stripes in the front and diagonal stripes in the back.

The shirt dress is a classic McVERDI style with a lovely A-line silhouette that fits really well. The shirt dress has a Chinese collar and ¾ sleeves. The shirt dressed is closed in the front with small drawn buttons, which contributes to the “shirt-look”. The shirt dress has two big decorative sewn-on pockets.

The fabric of the shirt dress has a striped colour combination with a background colour of dark navy blue and stripes in brown and a burnt curry colour. The designed title of this amazing fabric is “Striped blue and gold” due to the golden character of the curry coloured stripes on the navy background. A truly unique piece of fabric.

Material

This beautiful striped material is classic and has the McVERDI quality to it. The material is light and soft but still has the wintry McVERDI structure that we know and love. The material is crispy and very appealing. The weaving is exceptionally beautiful.

This material consists of a lovely mix of 79% cotton and 21% linen so styles from this program can easily be used in the early autumn months because the material doesn’t contain wool.

Wash the shirt dress at max 30 degrees in the washing machine and expect it to shrink 2-3%. Wash with similar colours. Let the shirt dress dry on a hanger for a nice and fresh look.

The shirt dress is designed in Denmark, the material is produced in Italy and it is sewn in Bulgaria. We have worked with both of our partners for many years.

Fitting

The shirt dress has a FITTED LOOSE silhouette which means that it fits nicely around the shoulders and the chest and becomes looser further down. The dress has an A-line silhouette. 10-14 cm are meant to be extra width and the shirt dress has a full lenght of 106 cm in a size medium.
