The rain coats are one of our absolute main products and in addition we have over the years had a special love for anoraks – so why not combine the two and get a completely essential anorak? With the anorak you’ll have a fantastic outerwear perfect for the cold Scandinavian winters. The rain anorak is wind and water repellent and is lined with a wool lining that is both warm and cozy. The anorak has a long season, lasts many years and has a timeless classic design. The anorak has an oversize silhouette with a low drawstring tunnel with elastics in the back that can be adjusted between outer fabric and lining depending on how much you want the anorak to be tigthened together. It has a large collar which can be pulled together, which turns it into a screening hood. There is something really nice and cozy about an anorak. An anorak with warm wool linning is perfect for December and the Christmas holidays. You can wear it for the long walks in the forrest or for the Christmas shopping in the city.
The material
The anoraks surface is made of 85% cotton and 15% polyerethan that gives the material its gommy surface. The gommy surface makes the outer material windproof and highly water repellent, while the large quantity of cotton gives you a practical coat, you can breathe in. The lining of the anorak consists of 80% wool and 20% polyamide. The anorak is extremely easy to keep – just wipe it of with a moist cloth and hang it to airing from time to time. The anorak can NOT be dry cleaned and generally not washed. However, it is possible to wash the coat gently in the washing machine using a wool washing program – but this should be done extremely rarely. However the limited options for washing has never been a problem in the over 30 years we have produced this type of coats.
Fitting
The anorak has a loose to oversize fit. It has width in the back and has a total chest width of 155 cm in size medium. We recommend that you stick to your normal size to obtain the optimal look☺ The anorak has a full length of 92 cm at the back in size medium and is 6 cm shorter in the front.
